Returns
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right. We will share return instructions and a prepaid label when a return is approved. Books must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns on customized products, but we can replace them if they are damaged.
International orders: Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties. Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender are not eligible for a shipping refund; we automatically issue a refund for the cost of the product(s) in these cases once the order is returned to us.
Cancellations
Reach out as soon as you need to change or cancel an order. If production or shipping has not yet begun we can cancel it immediately; otherwise we will work with you on a return or exchange as needed.
When receiving a refund, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment.
