Orders of in-stock items ship are packed and shipped from our New Hampshire bindery or one of our fulfillment partners in the United States within 5 - 7 business days. Preorders are shipped when the products become available.
We will let you know if we need extra time for special editions on the product page or via email. Large orders and orders with customized products take extra time to fulfill.
A tracking number is sent via email upon shipment for all orders. Orders shipped to U.S. addresses are sent via USPS Media Mail when they contain only books. Orders shipped to other countries are sent via USPS First-Class Package International Service.
International orders: Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties. Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender are not eligible for a shipping refund; we automatically issue a refund for the cost of the product(s) in these cases once the order is returned to us.
